方案介紹 (Information)
- WeMo Scooter 序號使用方式
Step 1 請先下載 WeMo Scooter app 並且完成會員註冊及需通過汽機車駕照審核 > 點擊右下角帳戶
Step 2 選擇帳戶 > 兌換序號 > 於空白裡框裡輸入序號 > 點擊兌換
Step 3 兌換成功後即可租車（序號一經兌換後將立刻生效，請於租車前再輸入！）
其他注意事項：
- 全台適用皆可使用，時效內可多次租還車，旅遊行程安排超彈性不再受租借時間約束。方案適用於已註冊威摩科技股份有限公司(以下簡稱本公司)之有效 WeMo Scooter 會員。
- 序號一經兌換即立即生效，如超過此方案時間或免費里程上限時（免費里程依方案內容為主），將收取逾時費及里程費：每分鐘 3 元、每公里 3.5 元計費。不得分段使用或要求選擇起迄時間，購買方案時不得使用騎乘券（金）折抵。
- 小時租方案不適用換電獎勵任務。
- 租還時間及行駛里程，皆依據系統紀錄為準，使用者可於「歷史紀錄」查詢相關資訊。
- 本方案到期前不可解除、不可變更、不可退款。但有法令規定之解除權等情事，不在此限，將以一般方案進行費用計算，扣除騎乘費用；退款並會酌收手續費新台幣 50 元。
- 若欲購買其他「包車方案」，須等本方案到期後再進行購買（預約／租借狀態下，亦無法購買）。
- 凡購買本方案，若遇到本公司系統運作因電信業者、信用卡收單業者所提供之網路系統軟硬體設備之故障或因天災等不可抗力因素而出現中斷、故障、延遲、資料傳輸或儲存錯誤，無法即時完成租還機車服務而導致行程延後等情形發生，將統一賠償騎乘券 $50。
- 購買本方案，即同意接受本方案之辦法與注意相關規範，如違反，或以不正當、詐欺或舞弊之行為參加本方案，本公司得取消其參加資格，並就因此所產生之損害，得向參加者請求損害賠償。
- WeMo Scooter 保留修改、終止、變更方案內容細節之權利。
How to Redeem Your WeMo Scooter Serial Number
Step 1 Download and Register
Begin by downloading the WeMo Scooter app and completing the member registration process. Ensure you successfully pass the driving license verification.
Step 2 Redeem Your Code
Tap on the "Account" icon located in the bottom right corner of the app. Select "Redeem code". Enter the provided serial number into the designated field. Tap "Redeem" to finalize the process.
Step 3 Start Your Ride
Once your serial number has been successfully redeemed, you are ready to rent a scooter.
(The code will be activated instantly upon redemption. Please remember to input the code before you rent the scooter.)
Other Notes:
- Nationwide Validity and Flexibility: This plan can be used nationwide and allows for multiple rentals and returns within the validity period. Enjoy maximum flexibility for your travel plans without being restricted by rental time limits. The plan is applicable to valid WeMo Scooter members who have registered with WeMo Scooter.
- Immediate Activation and Charges: The plan is activated immediately upon redemption. If the usage exceeds the plan duration or free mileage limit (free mileage is subject to the plan details), additional charges will apply: NT$3 per minute and NT$3.5 per kilometer. The plan cannot be divided into multiple segments or customized with specific start and end times. Riding credits cannot be used to offset the purchase of this plan.
- Incompatibility with Hourly Rental Plans: This plan is not eligible for battery swap rewards.
- System Records: Rental and return times, as well as mileage, are based on system records. Users can check this information in their "History" records.
- Non-Refundable and Non-Modifiable: This plan cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded before the expiration date. However, exceptions may apply in cases where cancellation is required by law. In such cases, the general plan rate will be applied, and the riding fee will be deducted. A handling fee of NT$50 will be charged for refunds.
- Additional Plan Purchases: To purchase additional "package plans," you must wait until this plan expires. Purchases cannot be made while you have an existing reservation or rental.
- System Failure Compensation: In the event of system malfunctions caused by factors such as telecommunications carriers, credit card acquirers, network system hardware or software failures, or natural disasters, resulting in interruptions, failures, delays, data transmission or storage errors, and subsequent delays in rental or return services, the Company will uniformly compensate users with NT$50 in riding credits.
- Agreement to Terms: By purchasing this plan, you agree to the terms and conditions of this plan. Violations or any fraudulent or deceitful acts will result in the cancellation of your participation, and the Company reserves the right to claim compensation for any damages caused.
- Right to Modify: WeMo Scooter reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of this plan.
